Forté Development Secures $60 Million Construction Loan for Forté Luxe, a Luxury Waterfront Community in Jupiter, Florida

Forté Development has secured a $60 million construction loan for Forté Luxe, its luxury boutique waterfront community located at 12450 Crystal Cove Place in Jupiter, Florida. The financing, which closed July 29, will support continued vertical construction on the project, with completion anticipated in summer 2026. The $60 million construction loan was provided by Kriss Capital and arranged by Michael Horowitz, Jordan Horowitz and David Horowitz of Cooper Horowitz on behalf of Forté Development. “This financing marks an important milestone as Forté Luxe advances into the next phase of construction,” said Marius Fortelni, founder and CEO of Forté Development. “We are building something truly unique on the Intracoastal Waterway, and we are grateful to have the support of our financial partners who understand and believe in the vision.” "We are pleased to provide $60 million in construction financing for Forté Luxe," said Jody Kriss, founder of Kriss Capital.
