Rachel Carter and Stasi Harper --Two Greater Atlanta Management Additions for Coldwell Banker Realty
Rachel Carter, who holds a Georgia broker’s license, has become the new managing broker of Coldwell Banker Realty’s Intown Atlanta office. She brings proven experience and a history of success from her role as district manager in Coldwell Banker’s Mid Atlantic/Virginia region. Carter was also recently inducted into the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors Hall of Fame and has previously been recognized as a Woman on the Rise by Coldwell Banker. Rachel Carter began her career with Coldwell Banker at the Alexandria, Va. office in 2007, where she was named Rookie of the Year in 2008 and earned numerous awards for her exemplary sales performance. She got her start in management as branch vice president of the Georgetown office, where she significantly increased agent profitability and guided agents to understand the tools needed to enhance their business. Under her current leadership, the Old Town Alexandria/Arlington office has been the Number 1 office in Virginia for many years, including the last nine years in a row. Rachel's ongoing focus will be to fuel agents’ business growth. Her hands-on managerial style has been highly effective in recruiting top local talent, helping agents build their skills and business, and streamlining efficiencies to ensure outstanding results. Originally from Columbia, South Carolina, Rachel graduated Cum Laude from the University of South Carolina with a bachelor’s degree in international studies and government. She also holds a master’s degree in National Security Studies from Georgetown University. “We are excited to have her on board and look forward to the positive impact she will undoubtedly bring to our Intown office,” said Coldwell Banker Realty Regional Vice President – Atlanta, Sherry Noles. Stasi Harper has joined the Marietta/Cobb and Douglasville offices as the new assistant manager. She brings a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to the team. Harper has been a licensed real estate professional since 2018 and has proudly been with Coldwell Banker Realty from the start of her career. Additionally, she holds a Georgia associate broker’s license. Harper has a background in hospitality that has equipped her with exceptional leadership, customer service, and team management skills. Her ability to communicate clearly, adapt to various situations, and deliver outstanding client experiences has seamlessly translated into her success in real estate. “Stasi's commitment to professional growth and collaboration has helped her build lasting relationships and achieve significant success within the Coldwell Banker community,” Noles said. “We are confident that her expertise and positive energy will be a tremendous asset to our office.”
