Real Estate Owner & Operator Basis Industrial Hosts Ribbon Cutting for New Management Office in Altamonte Springs, Florida
BaySpace, the property management division of vertically integrated real estate operator Basis Industrial, recently celebrated the opening of its new Central Florida regional office with a ribbon cutting at Northlake Business Park in Altamonte Springs, Florida. The 3,176-square-foot office now serves as the operational hub for BaySpace’s growing portfolio across the Orlando area and surrounding markets. BaySpace is now headquartered at the Altamonte Springs office, providing full-service property management for Basis Industrial-owned industrial and self-storage assets across Florida and select national markets. BaySpace also has other branch offices throughout the state to service their various portfolios. The ribbon cutting took place on Friday, June 20, 2025, and featured a staff luncheon, commemorative photo opportunity and remarks from company leadership. Executives from BaySpace were in attendance, along with key members of the Central Florida management team. The newly opened office features seven private offices, a conference room and a flex working and training area, designed to accommodate team collaboration, tenant engagement and property support services across Central Florida. “Opening the Northlake management office allows us to provide exclusive onsite management services to one of our largest assets, as well as our surrounding Central Florida properties,” said Katie Landers, director of property management. The Northlake Business Park was acquired by Basis Industrial in December 2023. The site was selected as the future home of BaySpace’s Central Florida office due to its scale, location and strategic alignment with Basis’s ongoing investment in the region. The multi-building business park totals 271,988 square feet across 15 buildings and includes tenants such as Bio Plus Specialty Pharmacy, Fresenius Kidney Care and Miller Electric. The opening marks a milestone in Basis Industrial’s efforts to strengthen its service footprint in the Orlando metro area. From this location, BaySpace now manages 11 properties totaling approximately 1.6 million square feet across the region.
