Buckle up!  It's that time of year where we set up your 2026 Strategic Plan and Biz Plan update. How has what you've learned from your success or failures this year that will help you to redesign your upcoming days/weeks/months/year/life to get the life you reach for? - Remember....No change?  then you get NO CHANGE!  What actions, programs, tools or systems have you been using, or paid for and not been using that need to be reviewed to either let them go, delegate out or dump all together if they did not return the investment of your time or money?  Tip here is to examine Lead CONVERSION not just lead generation - Cost of lead conversions - The CRM programs you aren't using or not using partial options but paying for. Check your statements for automated charges that drain your income that don't produce real dollars-  What do you need or want the most — mentally, emotionally, professionally — over the next few months?
